Fraud protection is a shared responsibility and we take our role seriously. We have noticed an increase in fraud attempts in our community, and as a result, you may notice when you call the bank, some of our procedures have changed. Please know that your financial safety is our number one priority.

Before you travel for the holidays, set up a travel note on your accounts. A travel note lets us know the activity on your card isn't fraudulent. It’s quick, easy, and helps prevent any disruptions while you’re away! Create a travel note using our Mobile Banking App or talk to one of our Customer Service Representatives for details.

Beware, there have been recent reports of a computer virus scam in Mercer County. While navigating on the computer, the victim will receive a pop-up. The pop-up will say they have a virus and will provide a 1-800 number to call immediately.
