Every November Union State Bank hosts a Christmas Breakfast for its employees. Free will donations are collected and all contributions go toward providing gifts and necessities for a family, or families, within Mercer County that are in need during the Christmas season.

This year's event was a huge success thanks in part to the Employee Breakfast committee — consisting of Jay Seibel, Cammy Lynch, Hailey Bannister, and Kelly Martin — who made a delightful meal that was enjoyed by all. We thought we would share the recipes from the breakfast with you since we all enjoyed them so much. Hopefully you will find one to add to your Christmas traditions this year!
